v0.1.40New features244 updates

Print and queue checks, pay bills with a business credit card, track capital improvements with automatic depreciation, get a 12-month financial forecast, and run CAM billing for commercial leases — plus 200+ fixes and improvements across accounting, reporting, and the owner and tenant portals.

This release adds several major accounting capabilities: check printing with a numbered register, credit card bill pay with automatic bank sync, and depreciable asset tracking with automatic depreciation entries. You'll also find a new financial forecast report, a redesigned Company Financials dashboard, and a new AI assistant named Plumb that can read invoices and answer questions about your leases.

Highlights

  • Business credit card transactions sync from your bank

Corbica can now connect to your business credit card via your bank feed, correctly importing charges and payments including duplicate payoff detection.

  • Corbica's subscription charge is recognized automatically in your bank feed

When your Corbica subscription payment appears in your bank feed, it's now automatically identified and categorized so you don't have to do it manually.

  • Payment receipts now show your landlord's name as the payee

Receipts were incorrectly listing the platform's name instead of your landlord's — they now correctly identify who received your payment.
